### 2. Reservations and Cancellations
* Bookings: We recommend booking in advance, especially for Friday/Saturday evenings and Sunday Roast.
* Cancellations: If you need to cancel or amend your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee for late cancellations or "no-shows" for large group bookings, subject to prior notice.
* Late Arrival: Tables are held for 15 minutes past the reservation time. If you are running late, please call us; otherwise, the table may be released.
### 3. Food and Drink
* Menus: All menus and pricing are subject to change without notice based on seasonal availability and supply costs.
* Allergies: Please inform a member of staff of any dietary requirements or allergies before ordering. While we take extreme care to prevent cross-contamination, our kitchen handles nuts, gluten, and other allergens, so we cannot guarantee that any dish is 100% allergen-free.
* Alcohol: We operate a Challenge 25 policy. Alcohol will not be served to anyone under the age of 18 or anyone who appears intoxicated.

* All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT at the current rate.
* We accept cash and major credit/debit cards.
### 5. Code of Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest who behaves in an aggressive, abusive, or inappropriate manner towards our staff or other guests.
